I ate Italian food over the break. I had pasta with pesto. The pasta smelled really fresh and tasted like a big combination of herbs. The kind of pasta were gnocchi. They were cooked good and for a long time. As they served the pasta, it was really hot and steam came up. It smelled like fresh noodles together with the light green pesto sauce. The pesto sauce looked really good, and because of the strong green color, it was clear that the sauce is fresh. The pasta with the sauce tasted really fresh and strong. You could taste the fresh basil and parsley and also the really good olive oil. The consistence of the pasta was really comfortable, because it wasn't to hard or to soft. Also the Parmesan was really tasty, and it had a strong aroma. All in all I had a great dinner during thanksgiving break.
